You pay for the year up front and get 2 months free. Pro, for example, comes to CZK 19,800 a year, which is CZK 1,650 a month instead of CZK 2,000. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top to see both prices for every plan at once.
Yes, on the Free plan. Create your agent for free, with no credit card, and get 15 one-time AI conversations to fine-tune it and test it on your website. Voice isn’t included on Free. Move to a paid plan whenever you’re ready.
The plan price stays the same; only the split changes, as some text conversations are swapped for voice minutes. One includes 80 text conversations, or 60 plus 30 voice minutes. Pro: 200, or 160 plus 100 minutes. Advanced: 500, or 400 plus 350 minutes. Scale: 1,500, or 1,200 plus 1,000 minutes. Every plan above shows both options.
Buy an extra conversation pack: 10, 50, 200 or 500, at your plan’s rate. It’s meant for occasional spikes. If you go over your limit regularly, the next plan up works out cheaper.
No. Team members, domains and extra agents are available as add-ons on any paid plan; you’ll find the prices in the add-ons section above the comparison table. Upgrading makes sense for more conversations and features, not for one extra teammate.
KIVEX supports more than 80. Your plan sets how many one agent can have turned on at once: one on Free and One, three on Pro, eight on Advanced and twenty on Scale. Languages aren’t sold separately; they come with your plan.
